Alliance Benefit Group® Licensees
An Alliance Benefit Group® Licensee will not knowingly direct market its services to the clients of any other ABG®Licensee without such Licensee's express permissions.
An Alliance Benefit Group® Licensee will not provide a quote or bid for services either directly or through an outside advisor for the client of any other ABG® Licensee without such Licensee's express permission.
Alliance Benefit Group® Licensees may openly compete for the business of any prospect which is not currently a client of any ABG® Licensee.
An Alliance Benefit Group® Licensee is obligated to notify any other ABG® Licensee whose client it has learned is in jeopardy.
Outside Advisors
An Alliance Benefit Group® Licensee will not directly market its services to a current client brought to it by an outside advisor without such advisor's express permission.
Should a current client brought to an Alliance Benefit Group® Licensee by an outside advisor contact the ABG® Licensee and express a desire to work directly with such Licensee, it is the obligation of that ABG® Licensee to notify the outside advisor that he has a client in jeopardy.
