Tom Seitz

Tom began his professional career at Reber Corporation in 1972 as a qualified plan administrator. His duties included the administration of all types of qualified plans including Defined Benefit, Money Purchase Pension and Profit Sharing Plans. Tom obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in 1977 and became part- owner of Reber in 1979. In 1981, the firm's name was changed to Reber Seitz Company, at which time Tom was named President of the firm. 

In 1985, Tom acquired Pension Corporation of America, which was originally established in 1977. Since the acquisition, Pension Corporation of America has grown to be one of the largest employee benefit firms in Southwestern Ohio. Today, PCA works with more than 450 retirement plans with more than $2 billion in assets. The company also offers health insurance and human resource consulting services. Pension Corporation of America joined Alliance Benefit Group, LLC in 2002. ABG is a national retirement plan administration and consulting group with independently owned offices in more than 20 cities in the U.S managing retirement plans in all 50 states. 

Collectively Alliance Benefit Group, LLC is one of the largest retirement plan administrators in the country providing services to over 22,000 retirement plans representing over 1.2 million plan participants and over $64 billion in assets under management. 

Tom graduated from the University of Cincinnati where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Accounting, obtaining his CPA license. He holds his Investment Company and Variable Products Representative licenses, along with Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses. In addition, Tom is President of PCA Investment Advisory, Inc., an SEC Registered Investment Advisory firm. 

Tom was born and raised in Cincinnati and currently resides in Villa Hills, Kentucky with his wife, Karen.
