Jon Croft

Jon Croft is a seasoned operations and technology executive with over 15 years of leadership experience in the retirement and financial services industry. He currently serves as Managing Director of Operations at Daybright Financial – Private Sector Solutions, where he leads cross-functional delivery teams across the U.S. and India. His oversight spans the full operational lifecycle—from recordkeeping and platform integration to client service and data analytics—supporting a diverse portfolio of retirement plan sponsors nationwide.

Jon is deeply committed to delivering a high-quality client experience and ensuring that operations and technology work in concert to support participant outcomes. His leadership style blends strategic execution with a service-first mindset, helping organizations scale efficiently while maintaining the personalization and reliability that plan sponsors and participants expect.

Prior to his current role, Jon served as Vice President of Technology and Operations at MidAmerica Administrative and Retirement Services, where he led enterprise-wide modernization initiatives focused on streamlining processes and elevating participant engagement. Earlier, as a Senior Director at Willis Towers Watson, Jon oversaw global teams in the consumer-directed healthcare space, leading the development and delivery of both custom and SaaS-based benefit platforms across application development, infrastructure, DevOps, and technology operations.

Jon holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for RANDUG (Retirement Administration National Daily User Group), where he supports innovation and collaboration in retirement and benefits technology.
